# How AimX Works

AimX is a free adaptive FPS aim trainer. Instead of asking the player to research drills or build a fixed routine first, AimX can choose the next useful exercise after every result.

## Step-by-step adaptive training

The player presses Play, completes the selected exercise, sees the result and starts the next exercise. AimX can combine the latest result with the player profile, general skill level, current form, current-session performance, strengths, weaknesses, recent scores, accuracy, training history, exercise difficulty fit, aim category and preferences.

## Two adaptive objectives

Play & Improve selects exercises to support improvement for as long as the player wants to continue.

Full Warm-Up selects exercises to support readiness before another FPS session and shows progress from 0% to 100% readiness.

## Player control

Adaptive guidance is optional. Manual exercises and routines remain available when the player already knows what they want to train.
