# AimX Play & Improve

Play & Improve is AimX's free open-ended adaptive aim-training flow.

After every exercise, AimX can use the newest result together with the broader player profile to select the next useful drill. The session is built step by step rather than fixed in advance.

The interaction loop is:

1. Press Play.
2. Complete the selected exercise.
3. See the result.
4. Start the next recommended exercise.
5. Continue or stop whenever desired.

AimX can consider general level, current form, current-session performance, strengths, weaknesses, recent scores, accuracy, recent exercises, training history, difficulty fit, aim category and player preferences.

Play & Improve is free. The player can stop at any time or use manual exercises and routines for direct control.
